RCSI & UCD Malaysia Campus is owned and operated by the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) and University College Dublin (UCD). The medical program combines pre-clinical training in Ireland at either RCSI or UCD with clinical training at Penang Hospital in Malaysia.
